Wake Up Yoga

Yoga with Sam to help you start the day as you would intend to go on. Getting up early will be more than worth it. Creative sequencing to aid in calming the mind and energising the body. Suitable for all levels.

Ashtanga Fusion

Dynamic vinyasa based on the Ashtanga Primary Series with extra core work, hip opening and strong sequencing. Helps to build strength, stamina and boost your energy. Previous Yoga experience advised.

A combination of dynamic standing poses with delicious floor based Yin. This class reaches all those parts that really need to be stretched out after a long day at work or to help you energise on a sleepy Saturday. Just been for a run? This is the perfect antidote. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga: Basics

Foundational Yoga to get you moving, improve your flexibility and de-stress body and mind. Yoga for us is all about the breath. Deep breathing lifts your energy and your mood. Take this class a couple of times a week and feel the benefits sooner. All equipment provided. Just wear loose clothing you can move freely in. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga for Men

A class cultivating brotherhood. Expect powerful, flowing sequences connecting to your inner warrior. Taught by our wonderful Peter and suitable for all levels.

Hatha (Sivananda)

These hatha classes include a short, flowing warm-up, followed by a sequence of still postures, breathing exercises and a final guided relaxation. The aim of the class is to increase strength and flexibility, while fostering awareness and stillness. The class is suitable for complete beginners and more experienced yogis, as each posture can be modified to suit the individual.

Align & Flow

Alignment based vinyasa yoga that moves with the breath and uses linking sequences to bring postures together. Connecting to your inner teacher and creating clarity. Great for hip flexibility, strength and creating balance. Suitable for those with some experience.

A slow yet powerful class including some flowing sequences. Alignment and breath focused. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow

Flowing sequences moving with the breath. Influenced by the teacher's experience and practice this class may include music, chanting and breathing techniques (pranayama).

A monthly class looking at a specific posture in more detail. Give your self an opportunity to develop your practice one pose at a time!
All practitioners welcome with an existing yoga practice (no matter how short!).

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. It can be a powerful tool for self-transformation as we become more aware of breath and the fluctuations of the mind.
An open level class that may incorporate pranayama, meditation or chanting before the final relaxation.

Yoga & Meditation

This class involves asana (postures) to help relieve tension from body and mind, so that you may tap into the meditative aspects of the yoga practice. Each class will allow some time for guided meditation (no meditation experience necessary).
An all levels class looking to develop the path of introspection and mindfulness.
