Wake Up Vinyasa

Yoga with Sam to help you get your groove on for the day ahead. Getting up early will be more than worth it for this fantastic start to your day. Vinyasa based so expect a dynamic practice but open to all levels.

Ashtanga Fusion

Dynamic vinyasa based on the Ashtanga Primary Series for dedicated yoga heads. Expect plenty of vinyasas, core work and arm balances. Loads of fun to build strength, stamina and boost your energy.

Yin/Yang

A combination of dynamic standing poses with delicious floor based Yin. Hmmm this class reaches all those parts that really need to be stretched out after a long day at work or to help you energise on a sleepy Saturday. Just been for a run? This is the perfect antidote. Suitable for all levels, no previous experience required.

Yoga 1

Beginners Yoga to get you moving, improve your flexibility and de-stress body and mind. Yoga for us is all about the breath. Deep breathing lifts your energy and your mood. Take this class a couple of times a week and feel the benefits sooner. All equipment provided. Just wear loose clothing you can move freely in.

Yoga 2

Been practicing yoga for a while? Want to go a bit deeper in your postures and get stronger? Fancy trying some inversions? This class is for you. More dynamic and with less demonstration from the teacher but more adjustments you will need to know your crow pose from your eagle to take this class.

Yoga For Men

Sorry Ladies but this is a Men only class. We know that some guys feel uncomfortable being the only man in a class full of bendy ladies so this is a class just for them. Strength, flexibility and male energy to the max, we want more men to do yoga and love it. Taught by our wonderful Sam.

Yoga for strength

Sam will guide you through plenty of vinyasa, dynamic transitions and strengthening poses for the whole body. Feel stronger and yet more peaceful after this great class.

Ashtanga

Our attention during this practice is focused upon: asana (the posture), breathing and drishti (gaze point). In Ashtanga there is a set sequence of postures linked by Vinyasa (movement matched to a specific breath). There are 6 sequences of postures and each starts with sun salutations, standing postures and ends with a closing sequence. It is a dynamic style developing strength, stamina and mental focus. The first series takes roughly 1 and a half hours to complete so in hour long classes we will focus on less postures whilst still giving you a flavour of the first series, some yoga experience needed as there will be less demonstration and more hands on adjustments in this class. This style was developed in Mysore, India by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Alignment Based Vinyasa Flow

Alignment based vinyasa yoga that moves with the breath and uses linking sequences to bring postures together. Great for hip flexibility, strength, balance and clarity. A little bit of experience is good for joining this class.

Yoga and Yamuna

If it was in Nichi's power she would have everyone practicing Yoga and Yamuna Body Rolling. Yamuna frees up the joints, stimulates the bones and realigns you ready for your Yoga practice. They are perfect together and you will float out of this class. fantastic if you have niggly tense shoulders, resistant hamstrings and a stiff back. An absolute must if you sit all day at a desk or run and cycle. Once you roll you won’t ever want to stop. Equipment provided.

Yoga Glow

Vinyasa based Yoga with a bit of extra heat. A bit of Yoga experience is preferable for joining this class. The studio will be heated to a comfortable heat that will help you loosen up during the winter months and encourage you to Glow from the inside out with our infra-red heaters. Working on improving your flexibility and general health and wellbeing you will love this class.
