Kim’s yoga teaching philosophy includes guiding students through a challenging but energising class with focus on breath and movement. Balancing flexibility and strength training while encouraging a comprehensive yogic lifestyle. Incorporating the physical understanding and background of contemporary dance: the yoga classes will be provided with flow and the focus of smoothly connecting various asanas and breath whilst encouraging joy, well being, self – empowerment and overcoming life’s stress and obstacles.
She’s a 200-hour+ trained yoga teacher with more than five years of experience in teaching yoga, meditation and dance across the globe. Certified by Yoga Alliance.
Proficient in Aerial Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Styles, with expertise in asana sequencing and flow. Special training and expertise in aerial yoga, satkarma (cleansing), pranayama, and various meditation techniques.
